Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy:
   Registration Fee: Bigscreenz charges a registration fee, and as such, we do not offer refunds for this fee.

2. Return and Refund Policy for Redeemed Products:
   Product Redemption: Users who redeem products through Bigscreenz must adhere to the return and refund policy of the company from which the product is directly delivered.
   Facilitator Role: Bigscreenz serves as a facilitator in this process and is not responsible for the product's return or refund. Users should contact the respective company directly for any return or refund inquiries.

3. Campaign Contest Award Errors:
   Error Reporting: If a winner of a campaign contest organized by Bigscreenz discovers an error in the awarded prize, they should immediately notify our company.
   Resolution: Bigscreenz will collect complete information regarding the error, and if it is determined to be our company's fault, we will replace the award accordingly.
                                                                                                 4.Once points in our Bingo Wallet have been utilized for product redemption,Bigscreenz offers or campaign participation, they become non-refundable and are ineligible for conversion into cash. It's important to note that our company strictly adheres to this policy.
